Arkham, or ARKM in native token, is the native utility token of the Arkham platform. This token is used for a number of transactions on the platform:

• Intel Exchange: ARKM is the currency of the Arkham Intel Exchange and serves as the first open marketplace for the trading of cryptographic intelligence data.
• Governance: Token holders gain the right to vote on the strategic direction of Arkham.
• Incentives: Users are rewarded by ARKM for submitting information, referring new users, and other activities beneficial to the growth of the ecosystem.

The main components of Arkham

Arkham consists of two main components: Analytics Platform and Intel Exchange.

• The Analytics platform offers asset pages for individuals, companies, and other organizations. These pages show the portfolio’s current and past assets, a searchable and sortable transaction history, P&L, and major counterparties.
• The Intel Exchange allows anyone to buy and sell address tags and other information. Users post rewards for specific intelligence, and bounty hunters post information for verification. If successful, they receive a reward.

Financial history of Arkham

The Arkham project has raised over $10,000,000 in two rounds of equity funding. The last round of shares was worth $150,000,000. Investors include Tim Draper, Bedrock Capital, Wintermute Trading, GSR Markets and Palantir, as well as the co-founders of OpenAI.
