Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, who lives in the US, said he killed 25 people in Afghanistan.
Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, who left the British royal family and settled in the United States, said in his memoirs, which will be published on January 10, that he killed 25 people while serving in Afghanistan and that he is not ashamed of it.
According to The Telegraph, Prince Harry wrote in his memoir Spare, which will hit stores on January 10, that he killed 25 people in Afghanistan, where he served from 2007-2008 to 2012-2013.
In his memoir, which he included in his book about his time in Afghanistan, Prince Harry stated that he saw the rebels he killed in the hustle and bustle of the conflict as “the bad ones who were eliminated without killing the good ones.”
Also noting that it’s impossible to kill someone if you see them as human, Prince Harry said the military “trained and trained well to see them as ‘others’.”
Prince Harry included the following statements in his book:
“From day one, my goal was to stay up without any doubt about whether I was doing the right thing… whether I was shooting at the Taliban and only the Taliban without civilians nearby. I wanted to return to England with all my limbs, but more than that, I wanted to return home with an intact conscience.”
Stating that in war soldiers usually don’t know how many enemies they have killed and shoot indiscriminately, Prince Harry said that, but in this age of Apaches and laptops, he can tell exactly how many enemy fighters he has killed.
Prince Harry wrote in his book: “It seemed to me very important not to be afraid of this number. So, my number is 25. This number does not satisfy me, but it does not bother me either. used his words.
