After completing his tour of the Persian Gulf, President Erdogan traveled to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) on a private TC-TRK jet.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was bid farewell to Abu Dhabi International Airport by UAE Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Turkish Ambassador to Abu Dhabi Tugay Tuncer and other officials.
President Erdogan and Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar, National Defense Minister Yasar Güler, AKP Deputy Chairman Omer Celik, Zafer Sirakaya, MHP Istanbul Deputy Ismail Faruk Aksu, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, MA Institute of Technology Head Ibrahim Kalin and Ambassador Akif Çağatay Kılıç, Chief Advisor to the President, also visited TRNC.
Will attend the opening ceremony at Ercan Airport
Erdogan will attend the opening ceremony of the new terminal building of Ercan Airport in TRNC. Erdogan, who will also meet with TRNC President Ersin Tatar, will attend a ceremony marking the Day of Peace and Freedom on July 20.
