Crime is a social phenomenon as old as human history. According to experts, there can be many reasons why a person intentionally harms others. These include factors such as people’s desire to benefit themselves, mental or emotional problems, the structure of society, socio-economic inequalities, and poor living conditions. On top of all this, some people may have fewer moral or ethical values. However, none of them can justify the criminal. People who do not correspond to the general moral values of society, malicious or morally depraved are more inclined to commit crimes. As a result, these people continue to commit crimes today as they did in the past.
